The Mission

Edge Kinetica blends laser cutting, CAD, and hands-on finishing to create clean, engineered latex pieces — and to make latex repairs and crafting easier to do at home when it’s more convenient than handing something in.

Natural latex clothing is made from natural rubber sheeting, and the repair techniques are the same across brands. That means our repair/crafting kits work not only for Edge Kinetica pieces, but for all latex brands.

Why this exists:

Repairs at home can be faster and more convenient than traveling, shipping, or waiting.

Crafting can be a relaxing hobby (and a fun gateway into custom accessories).

Repair skills help you keep your own pieces alive longer — and you can help friends too.

Free Reppair | Home Reppair

If you own one of my custom Edge Kinetica pieces, I offer free repairs for normal wear and tear—just reach out and I’ll help you get it back in shape. That said, it’s not always the most convenient option to wait, ship, or schedule a handoff. Sometimes it’s simply easier to fix it at home in 30–60 minutes.

That’s why this page includes simple repair guidance and recommended tools—so you can handle quick fixes confidently. Practice on scrap latex first to dial in glue application, piece alignment and pressure so your real repair comes out clean and strong on the first try. If you’re ever unsure, message me and I’ll point you in the right direction before you commit.

Sourcing the right glues, solvents, and tools can be confusing (and expensive) if you’re trying to get a clean result on the first attempt. These kits bundle the essentials so you can repair and craft at home when it’s simply more convenient than arranging a handoff. If you have ordered one of my pieces and want to be able to repair non-rubber material components, contact me for a custom kit to be arranged with your order.

Crafting Kit

Tools: scissors; work mat; roller cutter; pressure roller; anti-bubble needle.
Adhesives & prep: latex glue (250 ml); Hercules Cement (kit portion); heptane (500 ml); Begloss lube + wipe.
Cleaning: 2× microfiber cloths.
Materials (FREE): latex strips (1 m, assorted sizes); latex sheet (0.25 m²).

Repair Kit

Tools: scissors, pressure roller, anti-bubble needle.
Adhesives & prep: latex glue (bottle); Hercules Cement (kit portion); heptane (500 ml).
Cleaning: 2× microfiber cloths.
Materials (FREE): latex strips (1 m, assorted sizes); latex sheet (0.25 m²).

Not included: work mat, roller cutter, Begloss lube + wipe.

Component Selection:

Kit comes in a branded budget toolbox for easy storage and transport.

For transparency, I have included the component sources so you can see where your money goes. Everything has been selected for maximum value optimized for occational smaller reppairs.
